FTI CONSULTING ANNOUNCES PLANS TO WEBCAST
FIRST-QUARTER EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL
ANNAPOLIS, MD, April 15, 2004—FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN), the premier provider of corporate finance/restructuring, forensic and litigation consulting, and economic consulting, today announced it plans to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004, after the close of the market on Wednesday, April 28, 2004. Jack Dunn, FTI's chairman and chief executive officer, Stewart Kahn, president, Dominic DiNapoli, chief operating officer, and Theodore I. Pincus, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call to discuss these financial results on Thursday, April 29, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
The conference call will be simulcast live on the Internet, and can be accessed by logging onto www.vcall.com. A replay will be available at this site, as well as on the company's website, www.fticonsulting.com, for 90 days.
