FTI Consulting Announces Plans to Webcast Fourth-Quarter and Year-End Earnings Conference Call

Annapolis, MD - February 2, 2005
FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN), the premier provider of corporate finance/restructuring, forensic and litigation consulting, and economic consulting, today announced it plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004, after the close of the market on Wednesday, February 16, 2005. Jack Dunn, FTI's president and chief executive officer, Dominic DiNapoli, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Theodore I. Pincus, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call to discuss these financial results on Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The conference call will be simulcast live on the Internet, and can be accessed by logging onto www.vcall.com. A replay will be available at this site, as well as on the company's website, www.fticonsulting.com, for 90 days.
