FTI Consulting Announces Plans to Webcast Second-Quarter Earnings Conference Call

Annapolis, MD - July 13, 2004
FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN), the premier provider of corporate finance/restructuring, forensic and litigation consulting, and economic consulting, today announced it plans to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004, after the close of the market on Wednesday, July 28, 2004. Jack Dunn, FTI's chairman, chief executive officer and president, Dominic DiNapoli, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Theodore I. Pincus, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call to discuss these financial results on Thursday, July 29, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The conference call will be simulcast live on the Internet, and can be accessed by logging onto www.vcall.com. A replay will be available at this site, as well as on the company's website, www.fticonsulting.com, for 90 days.
